FAQs | Poolside Glass
Why is your website different from your social media or email branding?
Poolside Group is our overall business. Poolside Glass is the retail side of it, focused on supplying pool fencing, equipment enclosures, and related products. You’re in the right place.
Where do you deliver?
Australia wide, through our trusted wholesalers and manufacturers. Products can be delivered door to door or to your nearest depot, usually at a lower cost. Visit our Shipping page for full details.
Where do you install?
We’re based in Melbourne and provide carpentry, pool fencing, and installation services for aluminium, glass, and PVC products in Melbourne and surrounding areas.
How does product collection work?
Once your order is processed, we’ll send an invoice. After payment, you can collect from one of our depots across Australia, or we can arrange delivery if collection isn’t convenient.
Do I need a pool inspection?
Yes. Pool and spa barriers require a compliance inspection every four years in Victoria. If you’re buying or selling a property, or just need to confirm compliance, start by contacting your local council to find your build or lodgement date. From there, get in touch with us to organise an inspection or any rectification work. We service pool inspections and compliance across Victoria.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the scope, complexity, and cost of the job. If you’re not sure, our team can talk you through it and confirm whether one’s required.
What do I include in the contact form?
As much detail as you can about your project or question. If we need more information, we’ll follow up directly.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 7 to 14 days, depending on stock and your location.
What products do I need?
If you’re not sure what your project requires, get in touch. We’ll talk you through it and make sure you order the right things the first time.
Do you stock other products?
Yes. Beyond what’s listed on the site, we have access to custom fencing, composite decking, shower screens, bathroom hardware, and more. What’s online now is only part of the range, ask if you don’t see what you need.
