Metropolitan Areas

For metropolitan areas, please refer to the attached delivery locations below for the following: Glass, Aluminium, PIK, Slat box enclosures, PVC and all Hardware + Accessories. Not including custom orders and Soundproof enclosure boxes. 

  • Collection & Delivery Times: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.
  • After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. All deliveries will be made within the specified hours, and you’ll receive a call 30-45 minutes before arrival.

Important: Ensure clear access for delivery drivers. Due to health and safety regulations, drivers are unable to go up or down stairs.

Shipping cost - Small orders 

Please note shipping on small orders will not be charged until the order is processed. We’ve done this to ensure you get the best price before making payment. If you’re unhappy with the outcome, you may request a refund in full. 

Why?

Each order size, delivery location, weight, and wholesaler who has stock at the time determines this. We ship the products directly via a (3PL) and have access to a range of couriers that differ in price. For us to charge you freight upon checkout, we’d have to charge one fee to cover all the variables, but would come to you at a higher price point. 

We like to stay upfront and honest - you pay for what you get and we price accordingly. If your not happy, we will refund the order in full.  

Soundproof/Slat Enclosures:

Manufactured in Silverwater NSW, and QLD, our soundproof and slat enclosures can be shipped Australia-wide, either door-to-door or to your nearest Toll depot at a reduced cost.

  • Before placing an order, please send us a message regarding pickup and delivery details, as we may need to confirm extras or your nearest depot.
  • Rest assured, nothing will be made or dispatched until we have confirmed all details with you.

Insurance

For just $12.95 + GST, you can add freight insurance to protect your enclosure order against any damage during transit. You can request this at checkout, or we’ll confirm with you when finalising your order.

T&Cs apply, and these can be provided upon request.

Regional POA 

    We won’t take payment for regional deliveries until we know the size, weight of order and location. Stock gets packed on a crate and the size and weight ultimately affects the price. 

    Regional deliveries may require a forklift on-site due to Toll safety requirements.

    Nearest Toll/TNT depot POA

    Delivery to the nearest toll depot for a fraction of the price vs regional. This means you won’t need a forklift and can unpack the crate once they bring it out to you, or they can use a forklift to load onto your trailer/ute. 

    The closest address will be sent upon confirmation of your order. Once order placed and paid for, we will contact you with all the info needed for collection. 

    This usually involves a crate and depending on the location, size and weight, it can be anywhere from an extra $80-$180 + GST (not including delivery). If you’d like a quote for delivery before making a purchase please let us know below.
