These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website and to any supply of goods and/or services by us, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
3. Products
We supply pool pump enclosures, pool fencing products, glass panels, aluminium fencing components and related accessories (“Goods”).
All descriptions, images, specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colours and finishes may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur.
5. Order Acceptance
An order is not accepted until:
Payment has been received in full; and
You receive confirmation from us that your order has been processed.
We may cancel an order if goods are unavailable or if an error has occurred in pricing or description.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.
Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery.
You must:
Inspect Goods immediately upon delivery
Notify us in writing within 48 hours of any damage, shortage or defect
Not install damaged Goods
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect your ability to claim for transit damage.
7. Installation & Compliance (Important)
Where Goods are supplied without installation:
You are solely responsible for ensuring installation complies with all applicable Australian Standards, including but not limited to pool barrier regulations, building codes and local council requirements.
We accept no responsibility for non-compliant installation carried out by you or any third party.
Where we provide installation services:
Installation will be performed in accordance with applicable standards at the time of installation.
Ongoing compliance remains the responsibility of the property owner.
We recommend all installations be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.
8. Measurements & Specifications
If you provide measurements, specifications or site details:
You are responsible for their accuracy.
We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect measurements supplied by you.
Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
9. Returns & Change of Mind
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind.
At our discretion, we may accept change-of-mind returns provided:
Goods are unused and in original condition
Returned within 30 days
Return freight is paid by the customer
A restocking fee may apply
Custom or special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Warranty
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products.
Warranty periods vary depending on product type.
Warranty does not cover:
Incorrect installation
Failure to follow maintenance instructions
Misuse, neglect or accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Corrosion caused by environmental conditions

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Where Goods are not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability under the Australian Consumer Law is limited (at our option) to:
Replacement of Goods;
Repair of Goods; or
Payment of the cost of replacing or repairing Goods.
This clause does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You must not:
