Returns and Refunds Policy
Please note that our returns process aligns with the policies of our suppliers. Where a return is requested, we will coordinate with the supplier and all relevant parties to facilitate the return process where possible.
These terms may be updated from time to time without notice. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us prior to completing your purchase.
Change of Mind ReturnsĀ
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, we may offer a credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns within the following timeframes:
In-store purchases:
Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Online purchases:
Within 30 days from the date of collection from our depots, delivery via our dedicated trucks, or delivery by the nominated transport provider.
All change-of-mind returns are subject to supplier approval and may be refused at the supplierās discretion.
Where a change-of-mind return is approved, the following conditions apply:

Proof of purchase must be provided.

The merchandise must be unused and in its original, resaleable condition, including all packaging and components.

Products must be free from scratches, cracks, damage, or signs of installation. Returned items may be inspected by the supplier prior to approval.

Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in the credited amount.

A restocking fee of 10% of the item value or $29 (whichever is greater) may apply.

Customers may be responsible for any applicable return freight or handling costs.
Non-Refundable Items
Change-of-mind returns areĀ not accepted for custom, made-to-order, or modified products, including but not limited to:

Custom glass, hardware, extrusions or gates
-
EnduroShield coating
-
Equipment enclosures
-
Cut-to-size screens, battens, or wire
-
CNC or turret manufactured items
These items are produced or modified specifically to order and cannot be resold.
Consumer Guarantees
Under theĀ Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:

is faulty or defective
-
is not of acceptable quality
-
does not match its description
-
is not fit for its intended purpose
Where a product fails to meet these consumer guarantees, we will work with the supplier to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian law. In these circumstances, restocking fees will not apply.
Additional Return and Claim conditions:Ā
Inspection on Delivery;
Customers must inspect all goods at the time of collection or within 48 hours of delivery.
Any damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within this timeframe. Photographic evidence may be required to support the claim.
Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to process a claim with the supplier or freight provider.
Installation of ProductsĀ
Products must be inspected before installation or modification.
We cannot accept returns or claims for items that have been:

Installed
-
Cut
-
Drilled
-
Modified
-
Damaged during installation
Once installation has commenced, the product is considered accepted by the customer unless a fault could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.
This condition does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Measurements and Order AccuracyĀ
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, specifications, and quantities are correct prior to placing an order.
We recommend confirming all measurements before ordering custom or cut-to-size items.
We are not responsible for returns, replacement costs, or installation costs resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by the customer.
Freight and Transport DamageĀ
Where goods are delivered via a third-party transport provider, customers should inspect the shipment upon arrival where possible.
If visible damage to packaging or goods is present:

note the damage with the driver where applicable
-
take photographs immediately
-
notify us as soon as possible
This allows us to lodge claims with the transport provider.
