Most fencing systems use a 50x50mm post. The BARR system doesn’t - and that’s deliberate.

A 50x50mm post breaks the continuous batten pattern every time it appears along the fence line. The BARR post uses the same 50x25mm profile as the pickets so the post disappears into the fence visually, maintaining the seamless batten look from end to end. It’s a small detail that makes a significant difference to the finished result.

Available in three configurations to suit different installation surfaces - base plate for concrete and timber, core drill for existing concrete slabs and in-ground for dirt installations.

Base Plate Post

• Post: 50x25x3mm aluminium with welded 100x75mm base plate
• Base plate thickness: 10mm
• Wall thickness: 3mm for superior rigidity
• Top cap: Pre-inserted
• Material: Aluminium alloy 6061-T6
• Suits: Concrete slabs and timber decking installations

In-Ground Post (Core Drill & Dirt)

• Post: 50x25x3mm at 1800mm or 2500mm lengths
• Wall thickness: 3mm for superior rigidity
• Top cap: Pre-inserted
• Anchor: 100mm long x 25mm wide anchor at base for secure embedment into concrete or compacted dirt
• Material: Aluminium alloy 6061-T6
• Suits: Core drill into concrete slab or direct in-ground installation into dirt

Dress Ring

• 100x80mm powder coated aluminium
• Covers core hole up to 80mm diameter
