Premium Perf Frame Kit | Transitional Panel

The aluminium framing system required to complete your Premium Perf transitional panel installation. The two part frame rail design allows for hidden screw fixing of the perf sheet to the frame, with snap in covers that conceal the fixings for a clean, professional finish.

This frame kit supports two installation methods. With shrouds and brackets, or with U channel fixing direct to posts. U channels are included in this kit. If installing with shrouds, discard the U channels.

Specifications:

• Material: Marine grade aluminium
• Finish: Akzo Nobel powder coat - black or monument texture
• Includes 2 x horizontal rails, 1400mm long with snap in cover
• Includes 2 x vertical rails, 1849mm long with snap in cover
• Includes 2 x vertical U channels, 1900mm long with 4 x 5mm pre-drilled holes per U channel
• Finished frame height: 1900mm
• Frame kit is height and width adjustable, simply cut to size
• Suits transitional panels only, not interchangeable with standard frame kit

Installation methods:

• Method 1 - Shrouds and brackets: max daylight opening width of 1400mm between posts
• Method 2 - U channel fixing: max daylight opening width of 1312mm between posts

Before ordering:

Transitional frame kit suits transitional panels only. Standard and palm design panels require the standard frame kit sold separately.

Compatible flat top brackets available separately in our hardware range. Panels sold separately.
